Tanzania Forest Fund supports forest protection, conservation, management and development, as well as sustainable use of forest resources through awarding grants. The grants award is regulated by the Forest (Manner and Criteria for Awarding Grants) Regulations of 2021, and guided the guidelines for applying and awarding grants of 2023. Moreover, application for grants is through submission of proposals after announcing call for grants applications. Through 2025 call for grants applications, eligible stakeholders areinvited to submit proposals to request grants. Deadline for submission of proposalsrequesting small, medium and large grants is 31st March, 2025. As such, proposals requesting small, medium and large grants submitted after 31st March, 2025 will not be consideredfor grants award.Table1 shows processes from the callfor grantsapplicationsto grants award.
